Due to the growing interest in resilient, autonomous community models operating in the private domain, Imani and River, founders of Haven Village in East Tennessee have put together an 10 week program to include an on land intensive to experience their private model firsthand. This intimate, interactive program guides participants through the tangible steps of establishing a private residential model that is nature based and able to navigate through the times ahead. The Building Your Own Private Residential Haven Program will provide you with the knowledge, practical wisdom and clarity to move forward and our no BS approach will save you time and money by providing a reality check in the following areas: 1) realistic budget and timeline 2) navigating local restrictions and barriers 3) physical labor and skill sets required as well as numerous other factors that hinder most projects from ever getting off the ground.
ABOUT Imani mamaution & Paul River richardson
River and Imani co-created Haven Village - a Private Residential Model in East Tennessee focused on building healthy hemp homes, regenerative farmsteading, food sovereignty and freedom. River is a Bio-Architect, Designer and founder of the Haven Earth Trade School which serves as one of the economic engines of Haven Village and how we build hemp homes for our residential members. Imani is a mother, educator, author and visionary who homeschooled her 5 homebirthed daughters in her organic cafe over a decade ago. She is passionate about real food, local partnerships and educational models promoting essential life skills. Together, they are the Trustees and Project Managers of an intentional development on 200+ acres that 25-40 families will call home. They are currently in year two of implementation and are welcoming their next group of residential members.
This Building Your Own Private Residential Haven Program is about supporting those serious about establishing their own private residential model who already have land or are in the process of securing land. The program combines group. support interwoven with 1:1 sessions with experts to answer questions specific to your project to implement strategies for success. In addition, a hands-on immersive weekend land visit (all accommodation and meals included) offers on-site tours, access to our private docs, Q & A Sessions as well as a Collective Mastermind so you leave inspired to put your action plan in place to start your own Haven in your own region.

Once approved you will have access to register. The total cost of the program is $3500 which includes all of 1:1 and group sessions and land visit (includes activities + all accommodations & meals). An additional $500 is required for someone to join you for the in person immersion weekend (shared cabin).
